Originally went with different agents before Ewe Moves and were really let down. Swiftly changed to Dean who instantly obtained a really good asking price on the first weekend of viewings. Due to market instability it actually fell through and again on the 1st round of viewings they got me the exact same price. I have no idea how they got me really good offers so easily when other agents got nothing. This was really important as we didn't lose the house we were buying. 🙏 We've now exchanged and these guys were chasing everyone all the way through. They do all the viewings themselves (which I learned how important that is) they both have the in-depth local knowledge. They kept us informed, always answer the phone, always chasing everyone to get the deal over the line. They weren't the cheapest agent but certainly are the best in cheam by a long long way.
